I have added the socialvibe widget to my blog in hopes of helping the Red Cross out (my own mother needed about six blood transfusions several months ago and it saved her life: the work they do just to collect blood is enough to earn my support). Please click on the widget to help out. I do not know whether or not it is working yet, but keep checking back and clicking! To my best understanding, it is not asking you for a donation, but rather to complete certain simple activities (such as liking them on Facebook). Please let me know if it does ask for a donation!
